not the best masking i'm afraid, nor the best materials. unfortunately i was in a bit of a rush - something you should never be in when stencilling. i need a heavier stencil material to stop extra paint getting in around the stencil/ also any ideas for the LED throwy abnormal cup creations?
Fair enough. What exactly are those cups for? Class or something else? They seem a bit big to hurl up somewhere, and if you wrote on them no one could read it. They might get mistaken for those alarm things or whatever, I don't know. If you do anything that needs a circuit I can help you. Yeah, whatever.
yeh, i guess braden and i were interested in LED throwies until we found out how much it was going to cost us. i know the cups dont look like anything special, and yeh, if you wrote on them then you wouldnt be able to read it. i'm trying to think of other ways we could use the standard batteries, led and diffuser to make something hoisted high in the alleys of melbourne. i suggested a coke bottle to braden.... something iconic maybe. and if we're going to make a lot then they ahve to be readily available. maybe its better to start small and do something we want. i was thinking it would look perfect on canada lane, croft, acdc or even that tiny lane before smith st on the left off gertrude (i walked past last ngiht, and i could see it there glowing!) thanks for your offer with the circuits...
